Article Processing Charge (APC)
The author must pay the APC (listed on the journal website) to publish their articles and retain copyright. The journal is open-access and can be accessed online without subscription fees. To publish in an open-access journal, the author must pay the fixed APC. The primary responsibility of the corresponding author is to manage the required APC and seek reimbursement from their organisations or funding bodies if necessary.

Authors can process Article Processing Charges (APC) through multiple methods, ensuring global accessibility. In case of a failure with one method, alternate methods can be utilised. The article’s APC (Article Processing Charges) can be handled by an authorised representative (or third party) on behalf of the author, regardless of their geographic location.

  1. Payment through Gateway by using Credit/Debit Card: Authors have the option to process their Article Processing Charges (APC) through the secure payment gateways of PayPal. It is the authors’ responsibility to ensure that their debit/credit cards are activated for both national and international transactions. For overseas authors, it is recommended to check with their respective banks to determine if they accept international transactions, to avoid any payment failures.
  2. UPI Transaction through QR Code: Scholarly authors now have the option of utilising the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) to handle their Article Processing Charges (APC) via digital wallet services like PhonePe, Google Pay, or other similar platforms. This service is enabled by scanning a QR code and is only available in countries where this feature is supported.
  3. Wired Transaction (Swift Transaction): To process Article Processing Charges (APC), authors can make use of wired transactions. To do so, they need to get in touch with their bank and provide it with a few details, including an acceptance letter, photo ID proof, and the journal bank account details. The journal’s banking details can be easily found on the journal’s website.
  4. Western Union in the account: To facilitate the Article Processing Charges (APC), authors can make use of Western Union transactions in the designated account. However, it is essential to note that the transactions should not be processed for cash and must be directed to the journal account.
  5. NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cash Deposit in the account: For authors looking to facilitate their Article Processing Charges (APC), payment can be made through various methods such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or cash deposit in the given account number, provided that their country supports it.
