Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) and Collaborations
Many universities have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to share resources such as faculty-student teaching and learning programmes, laboratories, and other resources, thereby enhancing the teaching and learning process [1][2][3][4][5].
Similarly, in a collaborative effort to improve publishing capabilities, “Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP)” and “Lattice Science Publication (LSP)” have signed a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to meet industry best-practice standards and to facilitate resource sharing between the two publishers.
As part of this partnership, we will exchange reviewers to ensure a robust peer-review process, collaborate on developing publication policies, technical tools, and website themes, and establish effective peer-review systems. Additionally, the two publishers will combine expertise from their technical programming teams and share other resources to enhance overall operational efficiency and service quality.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between “Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP)” and “Lattice Science Publication (LSP)” facilitates resource sharing. However, it does not imply that “Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP)” and “Lattice Science Publication (LSP)” are the same publisher. Each publisher retains its own identity and manages its journals independently. This arrangement fosters collaboration while ensuring that both publishers uphold their respective publishing standards.
