The article (pdf and html) will be removed from the journal's database only as part of the withdrawal process. As you know, this is an open access journal. The term 'open access' means that anyone can download the articles published in the journal and use them for academic purposes under the license of CC-BY-NC-ND. This means that the published articles can be used in any repository in the world (e.g., www.scribd.com, researchgate.net, turnitin, ithenticate, etc.). Therefore, neither the journal nor the publisher is responsible for articles stored in any repository around the world. After a request to withdraw your article, the article (pdf and html) will be withdrawn from the journal's database only. After retraction, the article will not be considered for republication in the journal. No refund or adjustment will be made by APC after the retraction.
